Rly I just want to learn how to have self control what has worked for you? Particularly with foods you love or know you shouldn’t be eating (sweets carbs sugars sodas). When I say it it sounds so gross but the eyes see and the heart desires. My problem isn’t having it around. Rather my problem is seeing it and not wanting it . If my mind says Noooo! I want to obey and not automatically say oh well I knew you couldn’t do it or just one more piece and then finishing the whole cake ahhh!!!
I used to be abstinent in terms of sweets and sugars so I never learned the habit of moderation or what to tell myself when faced with temptation. It never used to tempt me.
