Beef Eggroll - presentation?

Not sure where to put this because I'm not posting a recipe...but I need to creative presentation idea for my Purim Seuda appetizer.

I'm serving BBQ egg rolls (the recipe is for spring rolls but I'm using egg roll wrappers). I have a dipping sauce that I think I will zigzag on the plate, and then put the egg roll on top. But I feel like it will look empty and I need some sort of garnish.

Ideas, anyone?

You could plate it on a bed of lettuce.

I was thinking of that, perhaps with a little thing of dressing on the side...but then I won't zig-zag the dipping sauce.

You could do 1.5 egg rolls per person. Do your zig-zag of sauce. Leave one whole, cut the other on the diagonal and lean it against the flat one so you're getting some height (and ppl can see what's inside before they bite in - win, win). Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds and thinly sliced scallions over the plate.

When I serve eggrolls I cut it diagonal and put on a bed of lettuce. One goes flat and the other standing on top of it. Then I put the sauce in a tiny dipping plate next to it on the same plate. Looks nice

Make a quick salad- lettuce, purple onions, pomegranate seeds. Dressing is equal parts honey, red wine vin, and oil (salt+pepper to taste).
Lay egg roll on top of salad on a diagonal
