I am looking to buy chocolate bars with a custom paper wrapper. Who sells it in Brooklyn?
I found in Lakewood but shipping is expensive.

You can just print your own wrapper and stick it on yourself. (Unwrap the original paper wrapper, and wrap the chocolate (still in foil) in your own packaging.)
