I can tell you how difficult it is to schedule a simple appt at the eye-doctor - DD's lenses prescription changed, but it took forever to be able to get an appt the one night a week they are open after school hours - because DD is so conscientious about missing school, and how hard it is to make up work. |
One of the nice things about Bais Kaila is that they do have the three tracks, so an academically inclined girl will be happy, and a girl whose talents lie elsewhere won't be overburdened or feel like school is a terrible place.

BK mom you don't live under a rock!
Personally have seen the BK system as have relatives. Really the word on the street about academics doesn't match the reality.
Yes they do work with girls that are not "academic". These girls are not outsiders or second class citizens since there is more to BK than just academics. They do this even if these girls give them a "bad" name.
Yes they have excellent choices for motivated girls. And many academic girls go to BK
Yes there are "yeshivish" families there. There are also balabatish families. There are smart girls and weak girls. From the inside it almost seems like they plan and accept with balance in mind.
Good Luck wherever you send
