Tacos & all the fixins
Baby chicken shwarma in pitas
Baked salmon & halved baby potatoes
Broiled burgers in buns
Baked frittata with warm crusty baguettes
Grilled chicken & microwaved baked potatoes
Grilled cheese with tomato soup (canned and heated with milk)
Chicken fajitas in tortillas or over minute rice

1.Look up crock pot freezer meals, frozen raw.
2. Prep dinner the night before or early morning
3.Freeze casseroles lasagna, shepherds pie, chicken and rice, beefaroni
4. Sandwiches and soup from the freezer
5. Scrambled eggs, hash browns come frozen in the supermarket.
7. Special occasion steak and roasted broccoli
Takes about 20 min.

THIS. I prep almost all suppers in advance and freeze anything that I can in advance.

One dinner that I find quick and easy and that everyone loves is grilled chicken cutlets stuffed in whole wheat pita with lettuce , sliced tomatoe, sliced sour pickles or avocado. I usually brush the inside of the pita with a creamy dip, like. Mix of honey BBQ sauce and mayo, or honey mustard mayo etc. or even homemade chumus or tehina leftover from Shabbos etc.
