This is my go-to favourite brownie recipe. If you don't read Hebrew, throw it into google translate https://nikib.co.il/cakes-dessert/35084/
EDIT: just got some free time! The recipe is (according to how I do it):
200g bitter chocolate
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
1/3 cup raw tahini
1/3 cup silan
1/3 cup walnuts (broken up)
1/2 cup flour
Mix it all up and everything into a baking pan at 180c (preheated) for 25 mins

Brownie Bars
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup good quality cocoa
pinch salt
Mix all ingredients together. Spread into a 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes (I like to bake at 325 to make them more fudgy).
Then cut into squares and dust with confectioners sugar using a small sifter. Comes out pretty, especially on a platter and topped with some strawberries
