My adorable kah just turning 2 year old stopped sleeping in her crib and stopped sleeping thru the night! She used to sleep beautifully for 12 hours straight and last week has refused to settle down in her crib and kept us up all night. We finally transferred her to the toddler bed, which helps a little, but she still wakes up very frequently and then we're all exhausted during the day.
What to do?

Is she still taking a nap during the day? Maybe she’s ready to drop the nap or bump it earlier in the day so she’s tired enough at bedtime?

Hugs, this sounds really frustrating

I had that with one of my kids, she was THE BEST until 18 months when she learned how to climb out. Then shewould otherwise putter around the house until 12-1am. We tried everything. Melatonin didnt start working on her until she was around 3-3.5 and then she would go to sleep around 10:30-11pm. It helped when we let her choose where to sleep--sometimes it was the couch downstairs, sometimes she'd fall asleep her her bed and then crawl into mine at some point in the night It was hard, but now she's 4 and going to sleep around 9-9:30. I couldn't change her nap schedule--we tried, if she didn't nap, she'd conk out around 5-6pm and we could NOT wake her up. Now she does not nap anymore so that helped.

I had to cut the nap a little shorter at that age
