How do I make yogurt for Pesach from coconut milk?

It's very simple. You just need to find a probiotic you're willing to use on pesach.
Just note that it doesn't have nutrition besides for fat and the added probiotics. Your little one needs protein and carbs added for breakfast.

I also give coconut yogurt but it's not every day so I will just forgo it on pesach. I made coconut milk ice cream a free years ago that was good though.

Wow, thanks! The health food store in Monsey would know what probiotics to use.

She may be able to have a dairy challenge at the allergist before Pesach but she will have to pass the challenge and she has a sesame challenge first.

2.4 grams per 8 ounces of Liebers full fat KLP coconut milk. Under 8 grams of protein per serving is not considered a full protein for a meal.

Yikes! I'm not familiar with the KFP brands. That's a shame.

Some non KLP brands have just 0.3 grams. You should check yours.
