I know that Hashem and all pronouns such as Who, He, in reference to Hashem must also be capitalized. But what happens with words such as 'zeroa netuya - with an outstretched arm'? Does arm need to be capitalized? What about with His right hand? Does right hand need to be capitalized?

Please help.

If you look at a Chumash with translation, you will note that most seem to capitalize those words.

I work as an editor. I capitalize Hashem and any pronouns relating to Hashem, but no nouns. So, His outstretched arm, or My land, etc. A page full of capital letters is hard on the eyes.

However, different publishers have different standards. Ask your employer for a style manual. (Or at least, check out something they've published before.)
