I have a chronic illness and although I am lucky enough to have several good friends, I have one friend who is always always there for me, . Every year I give just one MM (I am not up to more), and she is it. I have come up with some nice ideas through the years but this year I can't think of anything.
I can cook and bake.
Important note: the chashivus can't be that I send whatever in an elegant tray or bowl. She won't accept the receptacle and will return it to me. So what makes this special needs to be the food itself.

Chocolates
If you want it to be something homemade, maybe a nice bundt cake. Easy to make and looks nice on the table.

What about sending a nice breakfast/lunch. I send my parents either a wrap platter or other breakfast food

how about a charcuterie board with meats, veggies, and dips?
or how about a chocolate fountain with fruit, cookies/pretzels, and marshmallows to dip?

What about strawberries romanov and a bottle of champagne? Keep the diary separate. You can get a decent champagne at a reasonable price.

It's an adult version of strawberries and cream. It's luscious. Since you can't do nice bowls, maybe you could go to amazing savings or similar and get a cheap plastic serving bowl that mimics crystal with 2 plastic champagne glasses and include the bottle. You can make a wow statement.

Please don't force me to integrate it in my already busy day. If it will spoil if I don't eat it it's a huge bother.
