My baby has been leading a crazy schedule. She wakes up at about 7 in the morn. takes a short catnap somewhere during the day (which takes her a very long time to fall asleep). then takes a late afternoon nap which kills her night- so se does not go to sleep till about 11 pm. How do I get her onto a normal schedule? .

My son is the same age and his schedule is:
6.00 wake up
11.00-13.00 nap
20.00 sleep

Works well for us

I know. Issue is she takes like a 15 min nap around 11:00 am, then goes down for another nap somewhere between 3 & 5 pm & sleeps for like 2-3 hrs. Then doesn't make night till about 11pm.
I think a big issue is that she hates being in her room when her nurse is there so she fights her sleep Sad.
I don't know what to do with her! I need this kid to sleep more!

You should do everything in your power to push off that first nap and make sure she's well fed before you put her in.
