A braided challah roll in a circle hugging a round dish with salad in center.

Mini chicken wellington. Pinch together only two sides in center like a danish. One side showing mushroom mixture & one side showing broccoli mixture.

Or without chicken. One side showing sweet potato mixture & one side broccolli mixture.

Sauteed liver with mashed beans

Flaky cup baked filled with sweet bread or chicken cubes with sauteed veggies or liver.

Half baked apple face down covered with a flaky square.

I saw asparagus spears with pastrami rolled around with a mustard dipping sauce

Stuffed portabella mushroom caps

Slice breaded eggplant with scoop mashed potatoes or rice on top with mushroom sauce

Kani salad

You can do hamantash with meat or veg filling with wonton wrappers fried that's what I saw once a pic in a magazine

I season with a little sugar and rice vinegar. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
The mold I have has an indentation in the center, so I put the seeds in it.

I fill the mold halfway, then put in a piece of avocado or a spoon of guacamole. Then fill the rest of the mold.

Savory Hamentashen
Buy mini round dough
Stuff with sauteed ground meat or pulled beef
Close like a hamentashen
Egg, bake 350
Serve 2 on a small plate
