I bought the pickled meat in Williamsburg. The one with strings . But because Im broke times 5 now I bought the american meat. The store told me the quality is not best. How do I cook it? TIA

US meat is better quality than imported meat.
Either way, boil as you usually do. Keep the string intact for cooking.
