So of course you've seen the Amelek Kugel Idea? No? Here. You're welcome.
Well, I bought a cute salad condiment server here, if you're interested. Only for a couple of special people, not my whole list!
I was trying to think what I could put in. Easy would be grape tomatoes, shredded cabbage, mini-peppers & maybe chickpeas or something like that.
But how cute if I could do four items that spell Amalek!
Kohlrabi comes to mind. Apple for Ayin. That's a weird salad...
Mehren, carrots for Mem. Lichi nuts? (If I can find em). Lettuce, I guess but that's not Hebrew or Yiddish.
Please post your ideas, my mind seems to be frozen here.
(Not sure why I am anon, these two friends don't do imamother, but what if their relatives do? Then my cover might be blown! Better keep these confidential matter safe!)

Well I thought, if I have lime fruit slices, and kiwi, and apple can be green, can I do something green for M? Dried honey dew (melon)? Not so available.
DH says please don't get caught up in the green theme, the rest is cute enough...

Maybe make it an Amalek sandwich instead?
Ayin = Agvaniah (tomato)
Mem = Melafefon (cucumber)
Lamed = Lachmaniot (rolls)
Kuf = Kez (cheeze)

Well, these are nice ideas, which I appreciate, but I forgot to mention that I can't do much in the kitchen right now so it needs to be super-easy to assemble sitting down at the table.
