Hi! Other than cookies, what can I make with a cookie cutter for mishloach manot? I was thinking of challah, does anyone know if that will work? I want to incorporate a star shape for our misloach manot theme and prefer to give something that’s not dessert. Thanks!

Cook a gefilte fish roll from the freezer. instead of cutting into circles, slice lengthwise. then use a
fish shaped cookie cutter. Serve on a platter, perhaps with interesting toothpicks & with various dips.

Challah won't work since it has yeast and rises out of shape.
How about cucumber sandwiches or pancakes?
Cut watermelon with it (either on a stick or not).
Make cheese crisps or tortilla crisps to place on top of salad. Or cut out cheese to top.

As ra_mom said, the dough will rise and lose it's shape. (unless you bake it in a star shaped pan)
Some ideas that come to mind are peanut chews, rice krispy treats, melon, melted chocolate (melt and then when semi hard cut with star shaped cutter)
