It used to be so good, with no questions asked replacements, etc. I bought everything there, for that reason.

I heard BB&B policies changed over the years.

I see Amazon who used to be so good about any returns if they saw you very rarely returned. Lately Amazon became difficult about stupid issues. I cant even remember what the issues were.

Bed bath changed thier policy to only take returns with things purchased with in a year

I just called because Im looking to buy a blender.

A new policy started today.

Within 90 days of purchase, they will refund the money even if youve used it and dont like it.

After 90 days, its between you and the manufacturer. They will refer you to the manufacturer.
