Hi. Back again two years later. This idea turned out really great. I have made the meatball stew two years in a row, with an herby salad, rice, and two other stews (one each year). We loved it all! But this year our guests for the seuda are very conservative eaters and I really feel as if I need to serve something familiar, but thematic w the Persian food. Can anyone suggest a chicken recipe that is simple and nonthreatening? Thank you!
