Roast and baked chicken sounds much easier than stuffed cabbage and sesame chicken? That would def be a factor for me...

I am doing meatballs, tongue, chicken fingers on a stick, and a standing rib roast. (Family party)

For bachurim I would do sesame chicken, wings, shnitzel, maybe mini sliders or meatballs.(but don't host boys often so don't really know)

Roast is easy! Buy a french roast and pop in the oven for a few hrs with sauted onions etc...

Roast is easy and great. Or meatballs is also a good option, and a bit cheaper. Wings, schnitzle, or sesame chicken also yum.
