OP here - a couple more quick questions:
If I go with a wig, do I take that off? Should I go in a snood? What level of clothing were you wearing during the massage?

You can go in a snood or a wig. You take it off for the massage. As far as underwear, she tells you to get undressed as you are comfy doing. I took everything off, like this she can massage the whole back. You’re covered mostly with a sheet. Professional setting if you go to a reputable place.
