Does it come with instructions on the package? Usually says to cook covered in pan with water for 3-4 hrs.

I used to make a red sauce, but I started just drizzling honey mustard dressing over top before serving (after slicing so it looks pretty), and everyone likes it way more!

Yup. I just made it Friday night and the kids loved it! Covered it with water and baked covered for about 3-4 hours, then made a great honey mustard sauce.

I’ve been making this recipe for years. My kids and guests love it.

Boil large pot of water. Drop in pickled corned beef which you have rinsed. Cook for 2 ½ hrs. Until fork soft. Wrap well in foil and refrigerate. Slice thinly when cold.

Glaze
5 T ketchup
1 ½ T brown or Dijon mustard
3 T vinegar
2 T margarine
1 C brown sugar
2 T honey (optional)
Melt on small fire. Pour over sliced corned beef in 9x13 pan. Cover & bake for ½ hr at 350. Move it around while it bakes to make sure glaze covers all slices.
