I'm making sesame chicken for seuda. Batter fried chicken and then covered in sauce. Should I serve sauce as a dip and then the chicken will stay crispy? Or is the whole point to mix it all together?

With sesame chicken the point is to mix it all together seven though you fry the chicken first. It’s not really a crispy recipe

Don't mix until you are just ready to serve. Then you'll have the best of both.
