Maybe someone can help 
I'm looking for a convection toaster oven that 1. Also has the option to be just "bake".
2. Has a "stay on" function
3. Has no interior light
4. Can fit a 9x13
5. Has dial controls - I.e. not a smart oven
6. Doesn't get the cord too hot to be a safety hazard.
Ideally I'd like to spend between $60-$120.

Bought this item a few months ago from Amazon. I got it for $40, but the price went up to 55. Its bh a great oven, works well. Has all features you asked for.

Thank you so much! Only problem is that one doesn't look like it has an option to just be "bake" it looks like it's automatically "convection bake".

It has a bake option, up to I think 450 degrees, and a convection oven.
