Where can I buy a cheap stroller in yerushalayim, preferably har nof or nearby? Just want something for a trip to EY" that I can put my 3 year old in, want it to be lightweight, if it has a basket then great but if not that is ok to. Would rather not shlep it on plane.

Strollers are not cheap in Israel.
Your best bet is to buy something from Walmart and bring it on the plane. It can actually be really convenient in the airport since your 3 year old might want to sit while waiting in line for check-in, security and then customs.

Definitely over 100nis. Probably more than 200. Get an umbrella stroller locally and bring it along.

I agree. My 300 shekel umbrella stroller looks junkier than that $25 Wal Mart one.
($25 = NIS 94)
Bring it from America.

You will definitely find better deals in America!
If you'd like.. there are stroller gemachs you can borrow strollers from for the duration of your trip.
0548527187- they have the doona and yoyo. call after 5:30 pm Israeli time.
Another 2 gemachs that have strollers. Not sure which ones they carry.

I find that it's far easier to push a three year old through the airport than have them walk at an acceptable pace without whining. Depending on the stroller you may even be able to take advantage of storing bags in the stroller, so it's less shlepping instead of more.
