I want to make lasagna. How much cheese and cottage cheese(I have ricotta instead of cottage). I always follow a recipe And it has too much sauce. I use lasagna noodles oven ready no cook.

Thank you. What does it mean when it says one packe mozzarella cheese? How many ounces? 8 ounces or 32?

Thank you. The recipe says to cook it covered until it’s bubbly. How do you know how long to cook.

I use regular lasagna noodles and put them straight in the oven. 1 hour at 400. If I’m using “oven ready” I put it in for 45 minutes

Wait-
Some regular lasagna noodles really must be precooked. They are too thick.
Some companies make thinner noodles. I'd experiment and definitely add some water to the pan before baking.

Oh yeah! I always add water to the pan! Just a little around the sides.
