Dip cut up pieces of chicken cutlet in egg, then potato starch seasoned to taste. Then fry. Heat up with Gefen hot and spicy BBQ sauce. We call them Pesach poppers.

Really these are ppls most favorite things to eat?
I would think of some lucios rich dessert.
Don’t know
This is just regular Pesach fair not someone’s absolute favorite
To each palate, I guess.

I m looking for something that goes so quickly that you can never make enough of
Sorry, although I like soup and egg lukshen, as an example, I don’t see it flying off the shelves.

Last year I made delicious chocolate chips cookies. I made the recipe x4 and we ate them the whole time.

Also chocolate cake...

And I have a mocha ice cream recipe that is a big hit (but not healthy).

My fresh potato kugel is delicious and corn beef...

I think Pesach is the one Yom Tov where dishes are more simple and made from the limited ingredients we could use . Of course the food tastes delicious but most of us eat the same foods made in slightly different ways. So you won't find some "oh my goodness that's original " type of dish. All my Pesach food "flies off the shelves" and I'm forever cooking and baking more and more because for some reason on Pesach people have a bigger appetite.

@magenta: yes im very sorry that my family and my guests (yes we have a full house of guests every pessach for every seuda) enjoy delicious homemade fresh food.

I dont know what u expected, gold decorated hand made marcipan soufflee...
im out of here, you seem to not appreciate that I answered to your post.

just for your info: we go through tons and tons and tons of food and we get many compliments on them, yes many of them are gone as soon as they are served, hardly any leftovers, my kids and dh ine for some of them throughout the year...but then again: maybe we are just below your standard

For the amother who mentioned - Carrot muffins from kosher.com. Which ones are you referring to? There are four that come up:
    Gluten Free Carrot Muffins
Zucchini, Walnut, Carrot Muffins (gluten free)
    Carrot Muffins
Two tone zucchini and carrot muffins

OP I understand you. You are not looking for someone to just list a bunch of foods they eat on pesach.... you're looking for that ONE favorite/ something absolutely AMAZING that you will make it your business to cook this year and get great results!!

I dont have any that come to mind (we usually go away) but my mother in law makes SICK matzah brei omg. She cant fry it fast enough.

I didn’t take out my pesach recipes yet.

It has raw eggs - would you use?
It’s basically eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, cocoa, coffee, water.. totally unhealthy but incredibly delicious and easy to make.

If you want the exact measurements let me know.

chicken wontons (from green kosher by design)

ETA is this supposed to be for Pesach?

I have a minute roast recipe that is never-fail and delicious. Comes out soft and full of flavor. Has garlic, wine, cinammon, and cayenne pepper - wierd but the combination is out of this world.
