I have to admit to being slightly worried about going to Monsey right now to shop for Pesach. Can anyone tell me what the markets in Teaneck are like? Good Pesach selections? Variety? Not looking for prepared food.

Not sure why shopping in a grocery store in monsey would be overwhelming...
I’m not from Teaneck but I know people who live there and they shop for food all the time. I think there is a store called glatt express..

None of the Teaneck grocery stores are comprehensive-all of them are missing something. I would recommend seasons in Passaic

Another vote for Seasons Passaic if you want everything in one place. It also had a separate Pesach section so it’s a bit easier to shop.

I live in the Teaneck area and frequent Cedar Market and Grand and Essex. Both are good markets with nice food and decent selections, but nothing like Evergreen in Monsey (We used to go there every once in a while for a big shop until the measles outbreak started). They're just not as big. If you're just looking for dry goods and nothing super exotic, you should find what you need. Shop Rite on RT 4 in Paramus and Shop Rite in Englewood also have big kosher sections.
