I had an interview last Tuesday and never heard from them. When to call or should I wait and see if they call me?

You should email. Speaking as someone on the employing end. By this time, they have either decided on someone else, or they are in the middle of deciding. If you ask them politely in an email, it’s not rude. Rather it is a sign that you want the job. You should get an answer sooner that way.
