A child threw up on/into a toy we have. It is a board with lots of holes and tiny magnet balls inside, with a magnetic pen the child uses to bring up the balls to form images. It's like this if you're not familiar with it: https://www.amazon.com/Playmag.....74J5M
In any case the vomit got inside and I tried washing it but after it dried I shook it and more vomit sprayed out.
How can I clean it?

If you can't get it into a deep cleaning dishwashing cycle, then it might be time to throw it out.

Run it through the dishwasher on the hottest cycle.
If you don't have a dishwasher, you'll never get it clean. Please throw it out if you can't clean it properly.

No toy is worth it.
Do you really want to use your dishwasher after some other kid's vomit has been through all is it's crevices? I feel ill just writing this.
