Electrolysis or laser are useless on 12 year old girls that are still going through or just beginning puberty. Their hormones can change and all hair can grow back. Waxing, shaving or bleaching are the best options for this age & stage.

waxing is the best way to go for now, but eventually move on to electrolysis. it is more permanent
