Which place online is best to file taxes? I want to use a place that will help maximize my deductions and give me all the credits I’m entitled to.

If you make less than $66k, you can file for free online. Federal and some states. Ny is part of this.
I used it this year. Completely free, including schedule c. They used h&r's system, which I liked.

I use turbotax. It doesn't cost so much, some free options and I find it really simple and straightforward. Here is my link: I think you get 20% off if you use it. But you may be able to use the free options anyways.

Check and see if any colleges in your area fun the "VITA" program. They do taxes for "low income" community members for free. The software they use is very similar to Turbo Tax.
