Interesting idea. I never heard of this as an official job.
I know you didn't ask this, but maybe you can tell us what type of partner/partnership and location you're thinking about and maybe some of us can help. Often, people in related fields (say graphics and web development) team up to provide broader service. Is that the type of thing you're referring to? Or is it financial partner?
