My mother was a shaatnez tester for many years, while I'm no expert, I was a relay of information and learned a lot about what goes into shaatnez testing and the clothing industry. linen and wool are rarely mixed together in clothing. most threads today are cotton-poly blends. Its probably a linen-synthetic fiber blend for mobility and linen is an expensive fiber so cuts down on the cost. Thus the blend is unlikely to be wool.
That said, that dress is very short, so not sure how that it would work otherwise.

If you are concerned about shatnez, the dress is rayon/linen with a polyester like lining. No shatnez.
It'll youe concerned about wrinkling, it might be okay because it's a blend.

Not that op asked for comments on the price, but obviously you aren't familiar with banana republic. They have coupons all the time. Today everything on the site is 40% off.

Banana Republic has always been at the upper end of my spending limit. I'm just surprised that anyone would pay that much for such a simple outfit.
I still have a green velvet vest that I bought from them over 20 years ago. It's crushed silk with lots of tiny little antique style buttons, linen lining, and immaculate tailoring. I probably paid around $89 for it back then, and had saved up for a long time to get it. I was so scared that they would sell out of my size before I could afford to buy it!
I'm just not impressed with minimalist style these days. I'll pay a lot more if there is a lot of work that went into it, or if the seams are french finished, silk lining, or other signs of good quality. AFAIK, most BR/Gap clothing is made in China now.
(Oh dear, I'm starting to sound like Fox and her handbag obsession!)
