Can you share the info of the one who sells this insurance? It sounds like a great plan. I never heard of a price like this. To clarify, is this a health plan for nyc or upstate? (asking because in upstate plans are cheaper so the price would make sense but for the city it's very cheap!)

If you reside in NYC then I presume that the coverage he quoted you is nyc.
