Question on P3 billing

Is there a way to download an invoice from the vendor portal site? After I put the information in can I print it out somehow? Or do I have to retype everything onto invoices? It seems like double work that's not necessary?

when I do it through the agency I have to put in the information twice. One on an excel sheet and one in a pdf.

I don't think so, I've copied and pasted in the past to print it out and sign, but more recently just photocopied blank ones with top filled in, and handwrote the dates and times.

You can download the info but they still require you to do the excel invoices in their very specific format. This is among the most idiotic failures to take advantage of technology. I bet even a programming student ten years ago could make it work within a week.
