If I want a Bracha from the Skulener Rebbe for someone VERY critical in ICU, who doctors are not giving much time, but Hashem is the ONE who decides, and this is the 1st Shabbos that the son will be in BP, whats the chance that a man who isnt a Skulener Chassid, who comes this Shabbos, will be able to get close to Rebbe?
And if not Shabbos, then when?

I'm so sorry to relate that the Skulener Rebbe actually passed away this very week.
He surely would have seen this person, he was vey accepting. We all suffered a real loss. May he be a Maalitz yosher.

Amother seafoam, OP is inquiring about the new rebba.
OP, he should go to daven there and go to the tish & try to get to the Rebba. I think that after davening friday night everyone will have a chance to personally vinch the rebba good shabbos & shake his hand. Or he shoud ask one of the gabbaim how to go about it.

Update:
Bli Ayin Hara, dh got in to see the new Rebbe, when patient was critical, in a coma, with little hope.
The patient is not healthy, theyre bed-ridden, but is alert and at home B"H.
