I passed the one on the East Side today twice. Both times all I saw were women with slacks.
Do people who daven in the Manhattan Shtieblach (black hatters) eat in either of the 2 Saba locations, or do they go further downtown to Bravo or Jerusalem 2, which I think are both closed on Shabbos?
I think one or both Saba locations is open on Shabbos and I think that figures into it.

The one on the upper 80s street is closed Shabbos. We were there on a summer friday afternoon they offered us some extra food because they were closing early. Delicious pizza!
