Hi,
Can I please get some help with what should be on my Pesach shopping list if I'll only be home chol hamoed?
I don't need tons of meats, raw ingredients for yom tov meals but I have no clue what I should have.
I will get eggs for omelets, boards of matza, sauce and cheese for matza pizza (we eat gebrochts), yogurts, snacks for day trips, pancake mix and syrup for breakfast - but what else? What do I need to make some dinners for my family?
I don't want to forget anything.

Make a list of what you need for 3 suppers. eg salmon and potatoes and salad veggies, ingredients for shepherds pie and sitr fry veggies, and ingredients for say, schnitzle and some sides.

Also fruit for snacks.

Just make a quick menu of 4 easy dinners right now and buy those ingredients
Some ideas we've done
Shepherds pie
Hot dogs
Meat balls
Soups/stews
Matzah lasagna
Salmon
Any condiments you'd need to go with
Lots of salad and veggies as side dishes
Aside for what you wrote above, my kids also like to snack on cold cuts, smoothies, chocolate bars, leben, potato chips, olives, pickles
Any drinks you use besides water - juice, soda...
