I just ordered the cookbook online and expected it to be with a purple cover as shown on Amazon but it's a greenish cover and says revised. Anyone that has the one with the purple cover mind telling me, when that was printed so I know which one of the 2 is a later edition?

Thank you very much! Was wondering, as it says it's the 5th printing and was printed in 2002, and I just didn't think that the cookbook was originally published that long ago.
