They're cur professionally. Usually good to go except for a snip here or there to tailor to the buyer's face sometimes.

Yes. When I bought my precut by chaya halon years ago she said they cut just to give an idea of how it will look - and assume you will still give it more exact cut.
These days the style is very blunt and not intricate do it could be its different.

A cut has to look good to the face. It's real luck to find a precut that doesnt need to be somewhat recut.
