Oish. It's such a hard time of year to be busy with a sick kid.

I’m sorry your child isn’t feeling well. It’s too bad they don’t have separate vaccines in America.

As far as I remember, weren't u one of those against the anti vaxxers on other threads? This is part of the reason some choose not to vaccinate.
Anyways, I hope your child recovers soon and u won't need to miss going out to do whatever u need to do.

I wonder. Don't people divide the MMR here?

Separate vaccines for MMR are not available. If somebody's titers show that they don't have immunity to measles for example, they have to take the entire MMR.

Thanks for that!
I had that info stored somewhere in my brain but somehow I started second guessing my memory.

For me, the Slurpees at Seven Eleven are a form of alternative medicine. They really do cure many illnesses. Find a kosher Seven Eleven store and buy the kid a Slurpee and let me know if it helps. It worked for my kids except the time that I resorted to dog therapy to cure pneumonia. The neighbor supplied the dog but that is only for extreme situations.

Oish Crust ❤️
Refuah sheleima.

Just wanted to put it out there to rule out that child not sick with something else. Unless it’s the mmr vax rash etc.

Couple of days after we gave mmr to my daughter she was running a fever but no other symptoms. We went to the pediatrician for a pre op clearance and lo & behold- turned out she had RSV! I was even telling the dr that she can clear her as its def vaccine related LOL.

Hope it passes quickly and you can go back to the pre pesach fun!

It is cold and hydrates the child slowly.

Was it the MMR-V? The nurse here says it hurts more. It may have stronger reactions.
