Hi!
I'm searching for KLP mezonos recipes, preferably dessert-ish. It's really hard to find, as nut flours and potato starch rule the day, but if anyone has any recipes, please share.

I've never heard of a pesach food that's mezonos.
Maybe things made with matzo meal are mezonos? Do you eat gebrkots?
Why do you care what bracha it is??

food made with matzo meal is mezonos, but I don't have any breakfast/dessert recipes! I eat gebrokts. I ususally make kiddush on grape juice and than eat mezonot, so am trying to find something that isn't a matza ball

Isn't there a cake recipe with matzo meal?
Or bagels or rolls made with matzo meal?

Best Ever Gebrochts Chocolate Chip Cookies
Source: kosher.com

1 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup matzo cake meal
1/4 cup potato starch
1 package vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the margarine, brown sugar and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and mix until combined.
With the mixer on low speed add in the matzoh cake meal, potato starch, vanilla pudding, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.

Add in the vanilla and chocolate chips.
Using a 2-tablespoon-sized cookie scoop, drop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are slightly brown for a soft and chewy cookie. Bake 12–15 minutes for a crispy and crunchy cookie.

The pudding cookies are great!
The KBD Pesach biscotti/mandelbrodt's pretty good too.
