Parve Homemade Ice Cream
6 - 8 eggs, separated
3/4 - 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Whip egg whites. Gradually add sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.
Combine yolk, oil, vanilla and lemon juice until uniform.
Fold the stiff white and mixed yolk mixtures together gently.
Transfer to 64 oz container; seal and freeze.
Or this one.

You can also add cocoa powder for chocolate, tastes like mousse!

Basic recipe:
3 eggs
1 cup oil (I use 1/2 - 3/4 cup)
1 cup water
1 cup sugar (I use about 2/3 cup)
Blend and freeze about 12 hours. Blend/process again.Refreeze.
You can add any flavoring: Cocoa, coffee (dissolved in a little hot water), vanilla, lemon juice, strawberries...

How long does it have to whip in the mixer for it to turn into fluff for ice cream (without separating the eggs and making a snow)?

It's not whipped in with a mixer, but rather blended in a blender or food processor.
Put in all ingredients and blend on high. It only takes a few minutes (or less) for it to be blended with a thick layer of foam on top, filling the blender jar. Transfer into a container, cover, and freeze. It will look like it has layers. Then just blend until smooth.
This amount makes about 5-6 cups.

So I decided to try it from memory. I processed 6 eggs, drizzled in 1 cup oil, and a half cup sugar, flavorings, and froze. It looks like it separated. I don't remember that happening before. So you're saying I should just re blend? I can do that. If it's a success I'll post again!
I did this with four eggs now and it's a winner
Skft, creamy, and didn't separate.
4 eggs in food processor
Drizzle in 1 cup oil slowly (poke a hole in a plastic cup and place in tube)
After a few minutes add a half cup sugar and flavors
I did a batch with cinnamon and another with fresh squeeze lemon and lime
