not fruit soup ... but easy as cutting apples

cut about 3 - 5 lbs of apples - throw them in a pot & simmer for a couple of hours ... no water or sugar needed ~ natural & easy apple sauce aka compote

Food process a melon with a can of pineapple chunks--leave the juice out at first and add it it it's too thick. Sometimes I add a vanilla yogurt, too. Serve with a mint leaf on top.
