This thread is not for those impressive people who make their families perfect three course meals with one hand while making pesach with the other hand. It also not for the people who are handing their kids a granola bar and saying "eat your supper outside." It's for middle of the roaders, like me (and maybe like you?) whose houses are 3/4 pesachdik. If you have limited food in the house and are trying not to get the oven dirty again, but you genuinely want your kids to have a decent supper (and not pizza every night, although once is fine) then please tell me what you are doing.

Sounds wonderful but way above my "pay grade" for this week! I am figuring tuna and salad, etc.

I made meatballs in the crock pot at 8 am. Then at around 4, I tossed in a cup and a half of rice and let it cook for 1 1/2 hours. Together with baby carrots.

Tomorrow, pulled chicken in the crock pot served on rolls.

To be fair my kids are older and my daughter made the roast veggies. And my son chopped onions and made salad.

I just cooked the meat and warmed the wraps.

Other nights I am thinking sausages/hot dogs in pitta. I may set up a portable electric ring in my garage and cook some pasta and cheese. (I should have made a tray of mac and cheese before turning over and frozen it). My milchig oven is chametz so maybe oven chips and salmon.

Everything has to be cooked in the toaster oven while I am in this "in between" stage.

Last night: salmon and vegetables and mini potatoes. (Took forever to cook though.)

Crustless quiche. (basically, a baked omlette) in the toaster oven, with sliced cucumber and tomatoes.

I bought two boxes of instant oatmeal, and have a hot water urn, so we can make instant oatmeal.

Also, serving a lot of fruit, and yogurt.

I don't dare give my three year old any bread though. Everyone else knows to be careful, but he does not.

I don't know what I will serve tomorrow.

Pizza, salad or sushi every night unfortunately.
It's either that or not getting ready for pesach

I made tuna casserole yesterday for tonight and I'm using my George foreman to grill stuff with microwaved rice for tomorrow night. Wednesday I have no clue yet and Thursday we will be on the road so I have equally no idea.
