Hi,
I'm helping a disorganized family member plan a wedding and don't know where to start.
Does anyone know of any resources or spreadsheets or checklists available to help with ideas of what needs to be done?

I don't know if it's still needed but you might want to reach out to the chasuna malls or depot. They have a full package that includes checklists at no charge to you. If family is very disorganized then going through a mall might be a very good way to go!
Of course it all depends on where you live:)
