In the other thread about throwing out unopened/opened chametz so many people wrote they don't sell their chametz. Even if one thinks they don't have chametz to sell, shouldn't they "sell" any possible chametz/chametz mixtures anyway? In our chabad shul, everyone is encouraged to fill out the sale of chametz form. I thought it's something everyone does. Do you?

Of course. We sell the chometz even if there is no chometz in the house.
We have bottles of whiskey that makes no sense to throw out.
And anyway, this year we moved and our rav said we can even sell crackers.

Sure we do. We close up cabinets and anything that could possibly be chometz in there is sold according to the wording.
