I baked my salmon with honey and lemon juice last night and it tastes bland. I would like add something, but I have limited ingredients. Any suggestions?

You must be an amazing cook. I'm always impressed with what you post about recipes!

Can I come to your house for dinner some time? Wink

Classic dill sauce goes with that.
Mayo, lemon, sugar/honey, dill

For pesach I sometimes add a salsa made from pineapple/mango/pom with orange juice, lemon juice, sugar either cooked or raw to the baked salmon for flavor & presentation

I put fresh garlic on the salmon as well. We don't use powdered garlic or chinese, dried garlic but we do use the very fresh, green garlic that is sold in stores in Israel this time of year. Also, I use paprika on my salmon, along with the garlic, honey, salt and pepper. Erev Pesach I put fresh dill on the salmon but I won't do that ON Pesach (not peelable and all that).

I made a mixture of mayo, sugar, vinegar, and garlic powder. Came out delicious and the mayo keeps it moist.
