Anyone have a simple meat recipe to make in the crockpot for shabbos? Kids don’t want pesach cholent, and it’s easier not to have to buy a bunch of special ingredients.

I made delicious meat with onions, salt, red wine, and a little sugar. Did the same thing for corned beef and French roast and cooked it on low overnight.
