I have an infant and an immunocompromised sibling so we're sticking to outdoor activities that will hopefully not attract the antivax people from communities with current outbreaks.

Today was hard because it rained but we just got wet and had fun anyway. Hopefully the next couple of days will be more pleasant.

Any good outdoor activities you found I am looking for something like that to do with my kids for the same reason. I am having issues finding something that will make my kids happy while keeping my baby safe .

What's Atlantic City recycling center?

Call to schedule private tour of recycling center and dump. They are so nice and my kids really enjoyed it. We went 2 years ago pesach. They give a tour of the recycling. Drive you to the top of the dump. Show the composting. Weigh the car like garbage. There is a small park with picnic area.
My kids favorite was watching the recycling in action. We stayed a long time.

We also did the waste water and wind farm another time. It was interesting but they Didn’t like it as much. A guy described climbing to the top of the huge windmills.

Not going this year. But Barnegat Bay says it is opened daily with no fee. But double check without driving down.

Lighthouse Hours: Closed during the week but open weekends only (weather permitting) 9am to 3:30pm.
Lighthouse will be open daily 10 to 4:30 beginning Saturday, April 6, 2019.

Lighthouse Climbing Fee: $3 per person ages 12 and older; $1 per person ages 6 to 11; children under 5 free
Fees are in effect beginning Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Was there yesterday. Probably for age 4-13. My older kids enjoyed the virtual reality game that's not included in entrance fee.

Urban air is a great place. They have trampoline floors. Rock climbing. Wall climbing. Ball pits. Climbing Mazes & tunnels.

In CT they also have bumping cars. In NJ not.

The ranch looks interesting. Did you stay the night? What activities did you do there?

No we were thinking of doing overnight but they offered a day pass so we did that instead
We did a 1 hour horse trail and paddle boating, tractor ride, Archery, huge trampoline, rock climbing, petting zoo, and they have all the sports equipment for basketball, ping pong, badminton, balls, etc all lots of board games
If you stay overnight they have paintball shooting and laser tag in the forest at night
And campfire
Great place! As soon as they saw us they asked us if we want to eat in the dining room or outside on the picnic tables and offered us a plastic tablecloth! They also put our lunch in the refrigerator!
