Since Sukkot I’ve lost 25lbs. Nice and slow without feeling deprived, much.
YT came and too much food, too late hrs, and to many treats, too much everything.
Need to get back on track.
Let’s help each other

Breakfast: Sweet potato and nuts. Terrible if you're counting points, I know, but my goal is to eat food I won't regret nutritionally.
B"H so far I've avoided the cookies. I have allowed myself some chocolate.

I wasn't AWFUL on YT but I certainly wasn't good. Today I had a lain yogurt with fresh fruit and some salmon and raw veggies and a few almonds.

I woke up STARVING today
Had 3 eggs cooked in butter, 2x coffee with coconut milk.
The I went out
Busy, busy, busy
Now I’m going to have protein and salad with a fatty dressing.
BTW- trying to get back to Keto

I’ve been counting calories over the moed. So far about 1600 per day hoping to lose 10 pound by Shavuos( I’m really overweight)
Keep this going please! I need chizzuk and inspiration along the way.

Keeping accountable
Last night I had 3 123 cookies after dinner.
I know I ate them because they were there. The cookies are almond flour and xylitol. Not the best on keto, but not too bad.
But this morning I’m down on the scale, to what I was right before YT.
I’m having a lazy morning
Had coffee with coconut milk.
I wish they made unsweetened almond milk.
Some say try heavy cream, but I don’t like it as much as almond milk.
Plus you can have 8oz of almond milk for the same carbs as heavy cream. Not so with the coconut milk.
My plan for today is to have some cheesy eggs soon, if I’m hungry, and then for dinner I m making shawarma chicken and a big salad. For the rest of the family, also making some
potatoes
I love doing this plan, because I get to eat my favorite foods and I’m satisfied, when I’m on plan. Plus my joint pain is decreased significantly and I’m able to be much more active.

So far it’s working. Three days strong. Yesterday I had a piece of Chocolate pesach brownie. I went over my allotted calories by 300 calories. Today I am counting 1300 calories.
I know I’m losing because somehow when I stop overeating I look less swollen and puffy. I will check the scale in a month. I usually drop the weight after a few weeks...
Been keeping pretty active this week with cooking and walking.

Search 123 Cookie recipe
It’s really easy
1 cup sweetner, I use 3/4 cup xylitol
2 eggs
3 cups ground nuts
And you can add what you want, chocolate chips, pecans, cinnamon, cocoa, etc.
Easy and good
Last night for dinner I had shawarma spiced with turmeric salt pepper a little paprika and a green salad with creamy mayo dressing homemade.

Still staying strong, managed to keep to 1300 calories yesterday.
Today I’m back on track for 1600.
B’h I feel much more energized. The appetite is decreasing little by little. Nice to eat healthy portions and feel satisfied!
Also, I find that it helps a lot to start the day with a protein only breakfast and push lunch to after 12:00, so I can have more calories allotted for the afternoon and early evening when I’m most hungry

Shabbos-1500
Today’s goal: 1500
(Tomorrow I will be back at 1600, still making up for Thursdays extra dessert)

B”H only 1.6 lbs up from when I started Pesach.
Now that guest are slowly leaving I need to get the junk out of the house

Staying accountable
Today I crashed and burned
I finally cracked
There was some KLP chocolate turtles someone gifted them to me on Purim.
Just opened the package and devoured 5 of them, 😢
Need to get strong and pick up my boot straps
